Corporate sales Manager/Executive:
Preference - Real estate/ Insurance/Banking/
Preparation of active & exhaustive database of corporates (to include company name, main contact person, mobile#, email, office address)
This list should include industry-wise segregation (like Banks/FMCG/Steel/Oil & Gas/PSUs/Automobiles/Industry houses, etc).
A separate list also to be prepared that includes HNIs/Doctors/Lawyers/etc (depending on the ticket-size of our projects).
Initial well-drafted email to be sent to corporates to pitch for conducting a marketing activity at their office, where our projects could be promoted by way of brochures/leaflets/standees/LCD and manning by 1 or 2 persons. This is more of an employee engagement activity.
Co-branded mailers to be sent to corporates with special discounted rates against the existing BSPs.
Regular one-to-one meetings to be setup with HNIs/top management personnel in MNCs/other companies to tap for direct sales/leads/referrals.
He can also look at doing a barter activity/joint event with select corporates with mutually beneficial discounts, and an arrangement where database of both parties can be shared with each other post the event.
